How are your meals delivered?
Athletes Nutrition delivers your meals fresh in recyclable containers, Vacuum packed for freshness, in an insulated box filled with gel ice packs to keep your meals cold during transit.
What is the shelf life on your meals?
Our meals are prepared and cooked fresh to order, meals will arrive with 7 - 10 days shelf life* If no use by date is present fresh meals should be consumed within 5-7 days of delivery or stored in the freezer for up to 6 months.
Where do you deliver?
- We currently deliver throughout Sydney, Wollongong, Newcastle, Central Coast, Canberra, Brisbane, Gold Coast and Melbourne
- If we currently do not deliver to your area you can email us at info@athletesnutrition.com.au
How do subscriptions work?
We use a flexible subscription system, you can create your own subscription by adding meals to your cart from our menu (making sure to check the subscription box before adding to the cart), recurring orders will be charged on the same day as original order (if you placed your original subscription order on Friday subsequent orders will process every Friday evening.
How to manage subscriptions
If you have an active or paused subscription you can manage your subscription by logging in to your account and clicking MANAGE SUBSCRIPTION
You can swap meals, remove meals, skip weeks, pause or cancel.

Are your meals halal?
Yes our meals are suitable for those requiring halal meals, all meat and poultry is supplied by halal certified suppliers.
